During the competitive season, teams may be playing matches on a weekly basis. The high standard of training and game time can take its toll on the body, and sometimes the body will not have recovered in time.

Book your team in for my passive recovery SportsYoga session. This class is designed to gently stretch and lengthen fatigued muscles easing out soreness and lactic acid. The class will include yoga nidra therapy allowing the body to recover and rejuvenate, ready for training the next day. Invest in your team’s wellbeing and enjoy the glory of keeping your team in peak performance for the duration of the championship.
