I have developed the sequence with main emphasis on prevention of injury. The sequence will take the athlete through a customised program that will meet their needs in their specific sport. This sequence is powerful and strong but taught with ease and awareness. It comes as quite a surprise to people when they realise that the slower the movement, the more intensity of the stretch! It is a combination of active and passive stretching with breath awareness. In many cases, sports enthusiasts are power and strength driven but within days of being introduced to my SportsYoga sequence, realise that less is more.
