Breathe for Speed Training Program
A Breakthrough technique in Sport Training!
My name is Pauette Egan and I would like to welcome you to my Breathe for Speed Program.
When was the last time that you thought about your breath?
Breathing is one of our most vital functions: Inhale. Exhale. Repeat. What could be easier and so automatic?
As an athlete, it is essential to connect to the way that you breathe.
Sport training is mainly physically based working to build muscles and strength but my goal at SportsYoga.ie has always been to create balance in an athletes life, both on and off the pitch. Now I am introducing another aspect of yoga- Pranayama. (Yoga breathing techniques).
Pranayama is the formal practice of controlling the breath. Breath is the source of our prana, or vital life force. Once you start to introduce Pranayama into your training, your whole way of thinking will change and you will start using the breath in all aspects of your game. The question is: Do you want to become “Faster” “More explosive” “Confident” and “More Powerful?
Breathe for Speed will transform you into a successful individual creating a lifetime habit of taking control of your body and your training so that you can create longivity in your game, injury free.
I am confident that I have touched on that extra 1% and that Breathe for Speed will make the difference between Silver and Gold.
You have nothing to lose but all to gain……
How Can I get involved?
