Yoga Therapy Workshops
As a yoga therapist, I am delighted to announce that I will be offering a variety of workshop to enhance your training. Every sport has a weakness which can hold you back, but recognition and learning how to isolate the weakness can enable you to move forward and regain balance in your game.
These workshops are targeted at Sports enthusiasts from all backgrounds who may be a little curious or even weary of the word yoga,not to mention yoga therapy! Each week, I will be taking a therapeutic approach to specific areas of the body, but if the demand is there, I can run a workshop for a particular sport.
On a daily basis, I am getting calls from athletes who have heard of my SportsYoga.ie theory and are ready to take the plunge to take their sport to another level. My SportsYoga classes are busy at the Loft Yoga Studio and I thrive on attention to detail and alignment. I will work with twelve at any one time and currently have a waiting list for my classes.
Deep down I feel that serious athletes need the quality time that I give them, and they appreciate the individual attention and advice that I share with them. The aim of the workshops is to open up the concept of SportsYoga.ie and to allow athletes to listen to their bodies and to stay in their prime, improve their mental attitude or simply come along and chill in the wonderful ambiance of The Loft Yoga Studio. I will keep you posted on the update of the workshops but at present, I am planning to run the first one on Tuesday November 4th at 8.30 pm and every Tuesday after that until Christmas.
