SportsYoga – Classed as one of the best in UL

For years, I have been travelling to UL Sport Arena with my bag of blankets ,my positivity and my good humour. I love the buzz and the bustle in UL with so many classes running at the same time and there is always something for everybody. We are so lucky to be within driving distance of a world class University but today I was in for the surprise of my life. I was teaching a class and I spotted the notice board at the end of the studio and there I was, right in the centre of the very best. I was so chuffed, I had to take a photo!!
