Hi Ladies , I would like to welcome you to prepare for Christmas in a chilled out fashion at the Loft Yoga Studio. Based on a Christmas theme, We will be surrounded by Christmas scents and well-being, mince pies and mulled wine, yoga and meditation and maybe some Christmas carols!
I have been practicing yoga for twenty years and I really have to share with you the great benefits that it has brought into my life. Yoga is a combination of breathing, gentle stretching and relaxation but above all, it helps you to deal with simply stresses and strains of everyday life. I have combined a few different aspects of yoga, health and beauty in my workshop so the day is fun as well as beneficial.
