The “Live In Motion ” Launch to Kick Start Limerick Ladies Weekend of Fashion and Sport.

Welcome to our  Live “In Motion ” Program

Scott Murphy and myself  have joined forces and combined our therapies to produce a program that will encourage people of all ages to include movement and wellbeing  into their lifestyle on a daily basis. The Live  In Motion program is three- fold with equal importance being placed on breath awareness & movement , profound relaxation and meditation.  The movement is slow and consistent therefore allowing time for the person to know their limits and be able to self direct doing what feels right for them on any particular day . Our Program can be tailored to suit the individual from an elite athlete to a person dealing with emotional/psychological effects of chronic pain.
